Pickup is the final step in the order fulfillment process. Users will flag shipments that have left the facility and are en route to their destinations. The Pickup module displays shipments that are ready for pickup as well as the pickup history.

Ready for Pickup

This sub-tab displays all of the shipments that are currently ready for pickup by the appropriate carrier. See below for instructions on how to complete a pickup.

Filters
Pickups may be sorted on Carrier, Service Level, Customer/Vendor/Dest. Site, Order Numbers, Tracking Number and Destination by clicking the filter heading. You may filter for pickups that match specific criteria by typing a value in the text field or selecting an option from the drop-down list. Clicking the Clear Filters button will clear your search.

Pickup History

This sub-tab displays the historical records of shipments that have been picked up.

Filters
Pickups that have been completed may be sorted on Pickup Date, Carrier, Service Level, Customer/Vendor/Dest. Site, Order Numbers, Assigned User, Pickup Number, Tracking Number, and Destination by clicking the filter heading. You may filter for pickups that match specific criteria by typing a value in the text field. Clicking the Clear Filters button will clear your search.

Complete a Pickup

  1. In the Pickup module, mark the boxes next to each shipment that the carrier is picking up.
    • If you filter the results to a specific set of shipments, you may use the checkbox in the header to select all records.
  2. Click Pick Up (#) Lines.
    • Note: The pick up button will change to reflect the number of lines that have been selected.

Once pickup is completed, the action may not be undone without processing a return order in LOCATE.
